This exit for U.S. 61/151 north involves a reverse ramp which then carries traffic over both lanes of U.S. 20 and back down to cross Locust Street and merge with the traffic from the U.S. 20 east to U.S. 61/151 north ramp. This roadway then crosses over the U.S. 61/151 lanes and comes down to the U.S. 61/151 northbound level in a weaving lane (which continues to the U.S. 52 exit) near the White Street exit (which will be moved ahead to underneath the Ice Harbor bridge to accommodate merging traffic).
