THIS SIGN DOES NOT EXIST
The "new" Iowa welcome doesn't quite live up to the old slogan "A Place to Grow". If the state had put up exit number panels on their signs in Dubuque, these signs would be the real thing. Note (for first time "visitors") the black outline around the highway shields, an Iowa trademark. It does a lot to help them stand out.
