THIS SIGN DOES NOT EXIST
Having EXIT 45A signed this far back would do a long ways to making this seem like a freeway. But it isn't a freeway because, in real life, there is no weaving lane at the 52 south on-ramp (that happens 1/4 mile before the first stoplights) and there are stoplights. Did we mention that there are stoplights?
