This ramp is essentially a cloverleaf ramp to a dedicated lane to southbound U.S. 61/151. Traffic exiting here cannot exit to Locust Street southbound once it is under the bridge because southbound Locust traffic merges with this traffic to divert outgoing traffic around the two traffic lights presently in use on Locust Street in the business park.
